Unless your company has an exemption from paying VAT, all participants (regardless of whether you are based in Belgium or elsewhere) must pay the Belgian VAT rate of 21%.

There are two options for paying the registration fee, you can pay directly via credit card (mastercard/visa only), or you can pay via bank transfer.  Please note that all registrations must be paid in advance of the event.  If your payment has not been received prior to the event you will be asked to pay onsite at the event (via credit card).

In accordance with Belgian law, when you register for the event you will firstly be issued with a pro forma invoice.  Once your payment has been received the final invoice will be sent to you.

For each reminder which must be sent (post event) for unpaid fees a €25 administration cost will be added to the invoice.

Registrations can be cancelled, for any reason, with a complete refund until 16 February 2024.

Cancellations received after this date remain fully payable, however, a replacement can be sent.  Please send details of replacements to Emily O’Leary.
